CompassOS may integrate with third-party services such as Google Calendar and Google Tasks.

Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms and policies. CompassOS is not responsible for changes, outages, or issues caused by third-party platforms.


6. Data & Privacy

Your use of CompassOS is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect information.

By using CompassOS, you consent to data practices described in the Privacy Policy.


7. Service Availability & Changes

CompassOS is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.


8. Early-Stage Product Disclaimer

CompassOS is currently under active development. Features may change, and some functionality may be experimental or incomplete.

You acknowledge that the service is provided without guarantees regarding outcomes, accuracy, or suitability for specific purposes.


9. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and software associated with CompassOS are owned by CompassOS or its licensors.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CompassOS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to your use of the service.

Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by you to CompassOS in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CompassOS from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.


12. Termination

You may stop using CompassOS at any time.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the service at our discretion, with or without notice, if these Terms are violated or if continued operation becomes impractical.

Continued use of CompassOS after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
